Flexible Cancellations- Appointments cancelled within 12-48 hours may be charged 100% of the services, which is then applied to your account as a credit to use within 45 days.

Day Of/No Show Cancellations- Appointments cancelled day of/no show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of services missed. Future appointments may require a deposit prior to booking.

Custom Colors/Cezanne Treatments- may require a 50% deposit and must be cancelled 72+ hours prior to the appointment or will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the services missed.

All cancellation fees are at the discretion of the owner and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
